Urgent Hire - Sales Officer ($68,250~) - No Experience - Onsite Training

We’re growing our Strathpine team and looking for friendly, motivated people who enjoy talking with others and want to build valuable communication skills in a supportive workplace.

No previous experience is required. If you bring a positive attitude, confidence speaking with people and a willingness to learn, we’ll provide two weeks of paid training, ongoing coaching and support to help you succeed.

This is a phone-based customer engagement role where you’ll speak with existing supporters and have positive, professional conversations.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Speaking with existing supporters over the phone
• Building rapport and positive relationships
• Providing a professional customer experience
• Following clear systems and processes
• Developing your communication skills through structured training
• Working towards individual and team goals
• Participating in ongoing coaching and development
• Working alongside a supportive team

Monday–Thursday: 10:00am – 7:00pm
Alternate Fridays: 10:00am – 6:15pm

That means every second Friday off and a regular long weekend.

You don’t need previous experience to apply.
