What you’ll be doing

As a Centre Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day leadership and success of your service. You’ll bring your team together, build strong relationships with families and drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

You’ll:

• Lead, coach and inspire a team of educators

• Build a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture

• Champion quality practice aligned with the EYLF and National Quality Standards

• Develop strong relationships with children, families and the local community

• Oversee compliance, staffing, rosters, budgets and daily operations

• Identify opportunities to improve the service and bring your ideas to life

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for experienced leaders who bring confidence, passion and heart to their leadership.

You’ll have:

• 3+ years’ experience as a Centre Manager in early childhood

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)

• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework

• A genuine passion for developing and supporting people

• A collaborative and empowering leadership style

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• A commitment to creating exceptional outcomes for children and families
