Tutt Bryant Equipment is Australia’s leading multi franchised National Distributor of construction and earthmoving equipment for global brands such as Yanmar, Sumitomo, Metso, Bomag and AJ Power.  We provide sales, service, maintenance, and parts through our national network of branches.

Working for the business unit initially at our Archerfield location, this position will be responsible for providing both inhouse and field repair, plus maintenance support to a client base of Excavators, Skid Steer Loaders, Compaction, Cranes, Crushing Equipment, Generators and associated Earthmoving Equipment.

About the Role

We are looking for an Experienced Parts Interpreter to join the QLD Team.

You will support the business in meeting and exceeding customer needs and expectations both internally & externally.

We are searching for a highly motivated person with a passion and commitment to customer service. Your focus will be to add value and build lasting relationships with clients by delivering an exceptional customer service & parts interpreting experience.

To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills.

Required: 

• Parts Interpreting Experience inc Automotive
• Outstanding Customer Service
• Excellent attention to detail
• Computer proficient
• Highly organised and self-motivated
• Enjoy working in a team environment.
• Desire to learn new systems and suggest improvements where necessary.

Advantages: 

• Experience in Earthmoving Industry
• Forklift Licence
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is preferred but not essential.
