Field Marketing & Events Specialist

We're looking for an experienced Field Marketing & Events Specialist to join a collaborative ANZ marketing team on a 6-month temporary basis, potential to extend. With an exciting calendar of customer events, executive dinners, conferences, partner activations and industry experiences already planned, this role is all about bringing exceptional events to life through flawless execution.

Working alongside an experienced Senior Field Marketing Manager, ANZ you'll take ownership of an exciting portfolio of customer events across Australia and New Zealand. With the strategy and annual events calendar already established, your focus will be on delivering every event to an exceptional standard, bringing ideas to life through flawless execution, outstanding stakeholder management and meticulous attention to detail.

What you'll be doing

• Own the end-to-end delivery of field marketing events across Australia and New Zealand.
• Coordinate customer dinners, conferences, executive roundtables, partner activations and industry events.
• Manage all event logistics including venues, suppliers, agencies, registrations, budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate invitations, speakers, event collateral and attendee communications.
• Build strong relationships with Sales, Brand, Content and Commercial teams to ensure every event is executed successfully.
• Attend and manage events onsite, ensuring every detail is delivered to an exceptional standard.
• Measure campaign and event performance, preparing post-event reporting and recommendations.
• Support the Senior Field Marketing Manager on larger strategic activations while independently managing your own portfolio of events.

About you

We're looking for someone who brings:

• 5+ years' experience in Field Marketing, B2B Marketing, Events Marketing or Integrated Marketing or similar.
• A proven ability to independently own the end-to-end delivery of multiple events with exceptional execution.
• Exceptional organisational, project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing agencies, suppliers, event budgets and competing priorities.
• Outstanding attention to detail and a passion for delivering premium customer experiences.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to take ownership and hit the ground running.

Experience within technology, SaaS, fintech or financial services will be highly regarded.
