What you'll be doing?

• Project Delivery & Execution — Lead and manage electronic security projects end-to-end, taking ownership of outcomes across planning, coordination and delivery in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

• Technical Design & Systems Integration — Apply deep knowledge of access control, CCTV and integrated security systems to design, install, programme and commission solutions that meet client requirements.

• Drawings & Documentation — Interpret, modify and work with technical drawings to ensure accuracy and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

• Customer & Stakeholder Engagement — Build trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders, communicating confidently and professionally to support exceptional project outcomes.

• Safety & Quality Assurance — Champion a strong focus on quality, safety and compliance across live project environments, contributing to a culture of operational excellence.

• Continuous Improvement — Bring a solutions-focused mindset to every challenge, proactively identifying and resolving issues to keep projects on track and clients satisfied.

• Team Collaboration — Work as a valued member of a high-performing team, embracing accountability and contributing positively to shared goals and outcomes.

Who are they looking for?

• Electronic Security Experience — A solid background in the electronic security industry, ideally within data centres or large-scale technical environments, is highly valued.

• Proven Project Engineering Capability — Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence and deliver results consistently across complex project environments.

• Technical & Design Proficiency — Strong technical capability in the installation, programming, commissioning and troubleshooting of integrated electronic security systems.

• Drawings Interpretation — The ability to read, understand and modify technical drawings is an important part of this role.

• Industry Credentials & Certifications — Professional credentials such as Lenel, PMI or equivalent certifications are highly regarded and will strengthen an application.

• Communication & Relationship Management — Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.

• Resilience & Problem-Solving Mindset — A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work effectively under pressure and approach challenges with confidence and a solutions-oriented perspective.
