Secondary Teachers

At Faith Lutheran College, Redlands, we are reimagining what learning looks like.

We are seeking an innovative and student-centred educators to join our Secondary team as the following teaching areas (at least one or a combination of):

• Hospitality
• Digital Technology
• Dance
• Business
• Manufacturing

This is more than a traditional teaching role. It is an opportunity to inspire curiosity, develop critical thinkers, and help young people make sense of an increasingly complex world.

The Opportunity

You will work within a dynamic learning environment that values:

Through engaging learning experiences, you will support students to ask questions, investigate ideas, analyse evidence and develop confidence as learners.

What You’ll Do

• Teach across Years 7–12 
•  Design engaging learning experiences that build conceptual understanding and curiosity
• Use formative assessment practices to monitor understanding and adapt teaching in real time
• Create classroom environments that promote challenge, belonging and high expectations
• Facilitate inquiry, experimentation and problem-solving opportunities
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver contemporary and connected curriculum experiences
• Contribute to the ongoing development of innovative learning approaches across the College
