About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on and reliable Production Assistant to join our Sumner production team on a casual basis (typically rostered 2–3 days per week).
You’ll work closely with the site Production Technician to assist with day-to-day production, packaging, and dispatch of AdBlue®.

This role suits someone who enjoys physical, practical work in a supportive environment - someone who takes pride in doing things properly and being part of a team that keeps Australia moving.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the manufacturing of AdBlue® and other aqueous urea solutions

• Support operation of blending and filtration equipment under supervision

• Perform product packaging, labelling, and pallet preparation

• Assist with warehouse organisation, dispatch, and documentation

• Load and unload trucks and containers using a forklift

• Follow safety and quality standards (ISO 22241)

• Maintain a clean, orderly, and secure work environment

About You

• Current Forklift Licence (essential)

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment (preferred but not essential)
