AIS Quality & Service Improvement Specialist
Summary
We are now seeking a Quality & Service Improvement Specialist to join our AFPD & AIM (Airspace and Flight Path Design & Aeronautical Information Management) unit - a high-performing, regulated operational environment dedicated to safety, accuracy and continuous improvement.

The Role & The Team
As a Quality & Service Improvement Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring Airservices continues to meet key ICAO, CASA and ISO regulatory requirements. You will help strengthen our quality management practices, support accreditation and certification activities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of systems, processes and operational outputs.

The Person
The ideal candidate is a detail-focused aviation professional with a strong understanding of AFPD & AIM systems, data management and transformation tools, GIS and CAD software and the regulatory environment in which Airservices operates. You bring knowledge of quality management principles and evidence-based practice, along with familiarity with CASR Parts 173 and 175, ICAO SARPs, ISO QMS requirements and key aeronautical documentation. You thrive in high-pressure, time-sensitive operational settings, maintain exceptional accuracy, and communicate technical information clearly to a wide range of stakeholders. You take ownership of your work, support continuous improvement initiatives, uphold the highest safety behaviours, and contribute positively to a collaborative, high-performing team.
