Our Hays business is experiencing strong growth, and we have an exciting opportunity to join the Hays team in on a full time temporary basis for 6 months. This role offers flexibility in location and can be based in Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage end to end recruitment while building strong, trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders and candidates. This role offers the chance to make a real impact by identifying and engaging top talent in a fast paced environment. This role will see you recruiting experienced and aspiring recruitment professionals into the Hays business as they build new careers within this limitless industry.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver aligned talent strategies
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing through to offer and onboarding
• Proactively source talent using direct sourcing, market mapping and networks
• Promote the employer brand and deliver a strong candidate experience
• Drive efficient, compliant recruitment processes and continuous improvement
• Track hiring metrics and provide insights to support decision-making

  
What you'll need to succeed
  

• Proven 360 agency recruitment experience
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to manage high volume recruitment and build proactive strategic talent pipelines
• Strong direct sourcing capability with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders to drive better hiring outcomes
• Highly organised with strong time management and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
