Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and proactive People and Culture Executive to join our team full time on a 12-month fixed-term (parental leave) contract, commencing early October.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working closely with leaders to drive positive employee outcomes, support organisational culture, and deliver best-practice people solutions. Your key responsibilities will be:

• Provide HR advice and support on performance management, employee relations, conduct, attendance, and grievance matters.
• Manage onboarding, induction, probation, engagement, wellbeing, and learning & development initiatives.
• Support recruitment activities, workforce planning, and talent pipeline development.
• Maintain HR records including, contracts, compliance, HRIS data integrity, and reporting.
• Produce HR metrics and workforce reports, including turnover, recruitment, and training compliance.
• Assist with workplace investigations and ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
• Partner with leaders to promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
• Support payroll administration and broader HR operational activities.

About YOU

• Previous experience in a HR Advisor or HR generalist role, within the hospitality industry is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and awards
• Experience managing employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience with HR systems, reporting, and workforce analytics.
