TwwGlobal is a highly successful family owned business that operates an expanding (currently nine) Totally Workwear store network across the south east metropolitan region together with a centralised warehousing and embroidery facility based in Welshpool.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager to join the TwwGlobal Group to lead and develop the team at our Belmont store !

This is an exciting opportunity for a people-centric leader to showcase their leadership skills in this high performing store within the TwwGlobal Group. To succeed in this role, you will be motivated by driving sales and passionate about providing a memorable experience for our customer.

DUTIES

• Lead your team in driving incremental sales growth across both retail and trade account customers

• Daily management of stock to minimise stock loss and maximise sales

• Develop, train and succession plan your team to increase productivity

• Create a safe working environment for your team and customers

• Implement brand visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes

• Roster your team in line with store’s trading profile 

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

• Previous management experience, preferably in big box / trade format stores

• Strong computer literacy skills required

• Ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience

• Proven ability to achieve sales, control stock and other KPI’s 

• Experience in developing and coaching a team
