Competitions Administrator

The Competitions Administrator will work within the Competitions Team in the organisation of both the DVBA Junior and Senior Domestic competitions (NJBL and NSBL). The Competitions Administrator assists in fixturing, grading, and risk management of the NJBL and NSBL.

A valid Employee WWCC must be provided along with Police Screening prior to employment, and a minimum of two references must be made available.

Duties are all assisting in:

• Fixturing NJBL and SJBL Domestic Competition’s seasonal and finals games
• Structuring court plans along with required administration
• Set up of registration for new season
• Assisting clubs with registration process
• Liaise with clubs on day-to-day competition matters
• Booking venues
• Liaising with Venues on risk management
• Communicate with domestic clubs and senior teams regarding registrations, payments and unplayed games.
• All PlayHQ administration for both game day and season.
• Ordering and coordinating trophy supply for finals.
• Grading for Junior and Senior Domestic competitions

Hours: 38 Hours a week

Salary: $72,000 - $76,000 Dependent on experience
