Airport Ramp & Baggage Agents - Sydney International Airport

The opportunity

Suitable candidates will be required to deliver a range of aircraft ramp services including baggage handling based at the Sydney International Airport on a Permanent Part Time basis (Min. 24 Hours per week on average).

You must have the flexibility and motivation to work on a 7-day rotational shift roster, including morning and night shifts.

What you’ll be doing

A range of different basement and ramp duties including but not limited to:

• Working as part of a team as well as autonomously, within a fast-paced environment meeting critical deadlines. 

• Manual handling.

• Working around a variety of different aircraft.

• Safety-focused luggage transfers.

• Transportation of important cargo including Dangerous Goods.

• Maintain a safe and secure working environment at all times.

• Safely operate heavy Ground Services Equipment.

• Reading and executing load plans. 

 What we need from you

• Currently hold a valid NSW driver's license (provisional and above).

• Proof of Australian citizenship or permanent residency.

• Have experience or flexibility to work on a 7-day rotational shift roster as per flight schedules.

• An ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with critical deadlines.

• Ability to lift up to 32kg repetitively. 

• Fluency in spoken and written English.

• You are well presented with outstanding communication skills.

• Happy to work in all weather conditions.
