2026 Vacation Program - Operations Brisbane

Our 12-week Operations Vacation Program offers the opportunity to gain real-world experience with one of Australia's most trusted supply chain organisations. Working alongside experienced operational leaders in fast-paced, safety-first environments, you'll gain insight into operations supporting some of Australia's leading retail, healthcare, government and industrial customers, while experiencing our commitment to safety, innovation, sustainability and continuous improvement. 

Designed as a pathway into our Operations Leadership Graduate Program, the Vacation Program provides students with valuable industry experience, exposure to frontline leadership, and the opportunity to build the skills, networks, and confidence needed to accelerate a future career with Linfox.

Running from 30 November 2026 to 19 February 2027, you'll be located in one of our operational sites, working alongside experienced leaders and gaining exposure to the day-to-day management of complex supply chain operations. 

Throughout the program, you will: 

• Contribute to meaningful projects that support safety, operational excellence and continuous improvement. 

• Learn how Linfox uses technology, data and innovation to deliver industry-leading logistics solutions. 

• Gain exposure to frontline leadership and operational decision-making. 

• Build relationships with leaders, graduates and fellow Vacation Students from across the business. 

• Explore future career pathways and gain an understanding of what a leadership career at Linfox can look like.
