Administration Officer

We are looking for an Administration Officer who will be working at our established glass company based in Acacia Ridge QLD 4110.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Answering the phone

• Greeting and helping customers

• Quoting and sending quotes

• Taking payments

• Entering jobs for scheduling

• Communication with glaziers out on site and in the warehouse

• Scanning and uploading documents to files

• Checking and answering emails

• Purchase ordering

• Ordering stationery

• Check stock supplies for bathrooms and kitchen and order

• Accounts payable when required

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8AM to 4:30PM.

Xero and Service M8 experience is preferable but not essential, full training will be provided

For immediate start! 3 month trial to start before moving to Full-Time.
