Marketing & Content (AI-Native)

About the role

You'll be the in-house marketing lead for a Perth construction company established in 1978. You'll film on site two to four times a week, then edit, publish, and deploy paid budget behind content that works. You'll manage all marketing channels, accounts, and campaigns end-to-end with full ownership and direct access to the director.

Key responsibilities

• Film and edit 12–16 short-form videos a month, plus testimonials, hero pieces and stills

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Google Business Profile

• Run Google Ads campaigns hands-on with a $100,000 annual media budget

• Manage Meta campaigns using creative you shot yourself

• Operate GoHighLevel for pipelines, automations, and speed-to-lead under five minutes

• Turn one shoot into a full set of ad variants using AI generation

• Track and trace won jobs back to the ads that produced them

• Deliver a one-page scorecard to the director every Monday measuring leads, cost per qualified lead, work won, and content published

About you

• Portfolio of short-form video you personally filmed and edited

• Confident with mirrorless camera, gimbal, external audio and lighting in real-world conditions

• Strong in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent — colour, sound, captions

• Real in-the-account Google Ads experience on a budget of $50,000+ a year

• Real Meta Ads Manager experience — pixel, CAPI, audiences, creative testing

• Working knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager

• CRM automation experience (GoHighLevel is a big plus; HubSpot or ActiveCampaign translate fine)

• Daily AI fluency with tools such as Claude, Higgsfield, Veo, Kling, Midjourney

• Judgement to know where AI helps and where it protects brand integrity

• Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
