The Role
We're looking for a People & Culture Advisor to join our team and partner with leaders across a national workforce. In this role, you'll provide expert advice on workplace matters, manage complex employee relations cases, support organisational change, and help create a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
About the Role As a trusted advisor, you will:

• Provide timely HR advice and support to leaders and employees.
• Manage end-to-end employee relations matters including performance, conduct, grievances, investigations and workplace conflict.
• Interpret and apply employment legislation, Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements and company policies.
• Coach leaders on performance management, employee relations and compliance obligations.
• Support organisational change activities including restructures, consultations and workforce transitions.
• Assist with workers compensation, return-to-work and wellbeing matters.
• Coordinate employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, probation reviews, employment changes and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
• Contribute to people initiatives, process improvements and workforce planning activities.
• Analyse people data and trends to support informed business decisions.

About You
You'll be a confident and proactive People & Culture professional who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships and navigating complex workplace matters.
You will bring:

• Experience in a Human Resources Advisor, People & Culture Advisor, Employee Relations Advisor, or similar role.
• Strong employee relations and industrial relations experience, including managing cases end-to-end.
• Knowledge of Australian employment legislation, Fair Work requirements, Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and preparing formal documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and coaching skills.
• Experience supporting organisational change and consultation processes.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, Psychology or a related discipline.
• AHRI certification or similar professional accreditation will be highly regarded.
