About the Role

We are currently seeking two motivated Front Counter Sales Representatives to join our growing team based in Maddington, WA.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with a supportive team, assisting customers, managing accounts, processing orders, and ensuring every customer receives outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Managing and developing customer accounts.

• Providing exceptional front counter sales and customer service.

• Assisting walk-in customers with product selection and advice.

• Sourcing and purchasing products to meet customer requirements.

• Preparing quotations and processing customer orders.

• Following up quotations and sales opportunities.

• Liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure efficient order fulfilment.

• Building strong customer relationships and identifying sales opportunities.

What We Offer

• Full-time, permanent position.

• Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 5:00pm.

• Every second Saturday: 7:30am – 12:00pm.
