We are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator & Project Manager to join our dynamic Sydney-based team. This is a hybrid role positioned between coordination and project management, combining hands-on project support with stakeholder engagement and delivery accountability. The successful candidate will contribute to project planning, execution, financial tracking, and reporting, while also supporting client and supplier interactions and helping drive overall project outcomes across the business.

We are looking for a go-getter with passion and drive who will be responsible for:

1. Support project management team in delivering engineering projects and services across the business.

2. Assist in planning and controlling project scope, budget, schedule, procurement, resourcing, and overall execution.

3. Perform project administration including documentation updates and system compliance with internal and external requirements.

4. Support financial tracking, invoicing, reporting, and overall project performance monitoring.

5. Ensure adherence to internal systems, procedures, IMS requirements, and WHS safety standards.

6. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of project delivery methodologies, systems, and processes.

7. Support engineers, technicians, project managers, and coordinators in day-to-day project activities.

8. Manage and support customer and supplier relationships, including assisting with tenders, bids, and quotations.

9. Contribute to achieving business objectives including revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.

10. Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties as required, including compliance with company policies and directions.

The successful applicant will have:

1. Diploma of Project Management, PRINCE2 certification, or equivalent qualification.

2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Manager role, preferably within Control Systems or Technology environments.

3. Experience in tracking project financials, schedules, resource planning, and risk management.

4. Strong customer-focused approach with the ability to deliver positive client outcomes.

5. Engineering experience is an advantage
