MAXCIM is an accredited Australian industrial remediation services contractor with over 50 years combined experience working on industrial and civil infrastructure assets. Aiming at tackling difficult and challenging projects, we deliver on-site services to maintain: water treatment plants; bridges; tanks; pipelines; cranes, concrete, steel structures and much more. MAXCIM is seeking highly skilled and experienced PAINTERS

Duties and responsibilities include but may not be limited to: Understand surface preparation and finishes. Be able to understand and complete works to specifications.

Be able to mix to correct ratio two-part paint coatings etc. Select paints, varnishes and stains to various surfaces using brushes, sprays, and rollers. Understand the use of Wet Film Thickness Gauges and be able to achieve specified dry film thickness.

Be able to work at heights and in confined spaces. Erecting scaffolding and ladders. Cleaning equipment and work areas.

To be considered for this position you MUST have: Outstanding communication skills The ability to work as rostered and be on time is ESSENTIAL

The capacity to paint successfully to specification with a spray gun (Mainly pump and hand guns) The ability to Produce a quality finish always Work in a professional and safe manner

Understanding of WHS requirements compliance, and the correct use of PPE Great problem-solving skills The ability to follow instructions and ask questions to clarify
