About the role
Elite Supplements is one of Australia's fastest-growing supplement retailers, named in the AFR Fast 100 three years running, with over 160 stores worldwide and a strong e-commerce presence across multiple brands. We're expanding quickly into new markets and new systems, and our retail network grows every quarter. We're looking for someone to grow with us.
Join the team as our Junior Operations Coordinator. The role starts at the operational core of the business and expands from there. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you'll begin by owning the day-to-day processes that keep our retail network running accurately. As you find your feet, you'll take on project work across international expansion, systems rollouts, and cross-departmental initiatives. It's an entry point into operations at a business that's moving fast, for someone who wants to build a career rather than just do a job.
The RoleReporting to the Head of Operations, the Junior Operations Coordinator is a hands-on role that sits at the centre of our retail operations across Elite Supplements AU, NZ, SG, UAE, and beyond.
You'll start by taking ownership of the recurring processes that keep our stores stocked, our data clean, and our ordering on track. From there, the role keeps growing. Once you've mastered the fundamentals, you'll play a bigger part in the projects shaping our future, most immediately the global rollout of our new POS system across every market we operate in. You'll work alongside our operations, e-commerce, retail, and finance teams, with exposure across the business that few entry-level roles offer.
This is the role for someone who wants to learn how a growing retail operation works from the inside, and move into bigger things quickly.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain store stocktake data and keep central inventory tracking accurate
Run purchase order checks and backfill store orders when they're missed
Process expired and damaged stock, credit notes, and new barcode imports
Manage store ordering communications, reminders, and the ordering calendar
Prepare end-of-month expiry updates for corporate stores
Support the global rollout of our new POS, including data preparation, store handover tracking, and fixing issues as they come up
Help keep product, pricing, and catalogue data clean as we migrate systems
Support cross-departmental projects as they arise
Send weekly store updates and coordinate with stores on stocktakes and ordering
Provide general retail operations support and adapt as priorities shift across the team
The ideal candidate is organised, sharp, and keen to learn. You take pride in getting the details right, you pick up new systems quickly, and you notice when something looks off and sort it out rather than waiting to be told.
You communicate clearly, work well with a range of people, and bring a positive, practical attitude. You're comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift, and you treat change as an opportunity rather than a problem. Above all, you want to be somewhere your work is visible and your career can move.
Retail experience is ideal, but a strong administrative background is just as welcome. What matters most is attitude, reliability, and the drive to grow with us.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
LocationThis role is based in Canberra for the first six months (where our current warehouse operates), transitioning to Sydney thereafter following our warehouse relocation.
What We OfferCareer Development: A solid entry point into operations at an AFR Fast 100 business, with a clear path into project work, systems, and international expansion. You'll get training, mentorship, and regular feedback from a young but experienced team, plus a direct line to the Head of Operations and plenty of scope to shape your role.
Dynamic Work Environment: A supportive team that backs initiative and keeps a positive, ambitious culture.
Diverse and Engaging Work: Exposure across operations, systems, data, and multiple departments. No two weeks look the same.
Employee Discounts & Perks: Heavily discounted supplements.
