To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current RSG Certificate and Victorian Gaming Employee Licence (essential)

• Current RSA Certificate (essential)

• Experience in a large-scale gaming environment (highly regarded)

• Bilingual skills (highly regarded)

• Strong understanding of gaming operations and compliance

• Professional presentation and a calm, composed approach

• Reliability and strong work ethic

• Flexibility to work across days, nights and weekends

This role suits someone who is switched on, aware of their surroundings and able to engage naturally with a broad member base.
