Social Media & Events Coordinator

We're after a creative, community minded Social Media & Events Coordinator to join our team across our 4 venues. This is a hybrid role, with social media content creation and community engagement at the core, plus occasional event management working alongside our kitchen and decor teams.

You'll be the voice of HAD across our channels, building genuine community engagement, while also coordinating the occasional event that brings people through the door.

We're open to part time or full time hours for the right person.

• Plan, create and schedule content across Instagram and other relevant platforms

• Build and grow community engagement: responding to comments and messages, engaging with followers, and building relationships online

• Capture photo and video content on site across our 4 venues

• Keep website content fresh and up to date across all venues

• Manage Google reviews: monitoring, responding and encouraging positive reviews

• Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns to support venue promotions and events

• Develop a content calendar aligned with venue happenings, promotions and campaigns

• Coordinate the occasional event from planning through to on the day execution, liaising with kitchen and decor teams

• Monitor engagement and report on content, ad and campaign performance

• Work closely with venue managers and the wider HAD team to ensure brand consistency

• Proven experience in social media content creation and community management

• Strong content creation skills: you know how to shoot, edit and post content that performs

• Experience managing Meta ads (Instagram)

• Comfortable updating and maintaining website content

• A genuine knack for building community and engagement online, including managing Google reviews

• Organised, with the ability to coordinate occasional events alongside your regular content work

• Comfortable working autonomously and confident visiting venues as needed

• Strong collaborator, comfortable working across kitchen, decor and venue teams

• Shows initiative and takes ownership of tasks

• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal

• No hospitality background required, we're happy to bring you up to speed on the venues
