About You

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

Demonstrated knowledge of dental terminology and surgery proceduresDemonstrated knowledge of relevant equipment, instruments, materials, medicaments, and procedures including safety procedures, Material Safety Data Sheets and Workplace Health and Safety regulations relating to the dental facilityWorking knowledge of the various acts, regulations and all relevant Standards that relate to dentistryDemonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multi-skilled teamAbility to effectively co-ordinate procedures related to the oral health environmentHigh level interpersonal skills, organisational skills and communication skills

Mandatory Requirements

Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16Possession of Certificate III in Dental Assisting or equivalent.
