We're looking for an experienced casual Barista to join our Mareeba team.

Your role will include:

• Preparing consistently excellent espresso-based coffee.

• Dialling in grinders and maintaining brew ratios throughout the day.

• Producing quality milk texture and basic latte art.

• Welcoming guests and sharing your knowledge of our Australian coffee, chocolate, liqueurs and gift range.

• Providing guided coffee and liqueur tastings.

• Helping create an enjoyable experience that keeps guests coming back.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a high-volume café or espresso bar.

• Confident working independently during busy service periods.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Reliable, organised and calm under pressure.

• A genuine team player with a positive attitude.

The Details

• Casual position.

• Opportunity to progress into a permanent part-time role.

• Daytime hours generally between 7:30am and 3:30pm.

• Availability across weekdays, weekends and public holidays is essential.
