Senior Employment Lawyer - Part Time (3 - 4 days a week)

We are at an exciting point in our journey and are seeking an  experienced legal professional  to join our high-performing legal team on a part time basis. at an exciting stage of our journey. If you’re a 4 year PQE employment lawyer who wants real responsibility, real clients and real balance, this is your moment.

You’ll step into a front-line, client-facing role working on complex and interesting employment law matters, without the grind of billables or unnecessary long hours.

What you will be doing:

• Advise and represent clients across the Fair Work Commission, Federal Circuit Court, and Federal and State courts and tribunals
• Run matters end-to-end with support from experienced leaders
• Deliver practical, commercial advice to business owners and decision-makers
• Work closely with senior lawyers and counsel on strategy and outcomes
• Build your litigation capability in a high-performance, supportive team

What you’ll bring

• 4+ PQE within Employment law
• An unrestricted practising certificate
• Litigation experience, including strong advocacy skills and knowledge of court rules
•  Confidence dealing with clients
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Energy, initiative and a desire to grow quickly
