About the Role

We are on the lookout for a motivated individual with a positive attitude and a passion for developing their culinary career. You’ll be eager to build your skills and gain experience across a variety of kitchen operations and styles.

In this full-time role, you will produce a wide range of high-quality dishes while upholding strict hygiene and food safety standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your genuine and friendly personality will make you a great fit for our dynamic and professional Culinary Team.

What We Need From You

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2–3 years’ culinary experience (experience in a hotel or restaurant environment is highly desirable)

• Grill experience (advantageous)

• A Commercial Cookery qualification

• Experience working with food safety systems such as HACCP (desirable)

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• A genuine enthusiasm to learn

• A positive, can-do attitude

You must also be able to work a rotating roster, including late evenings, weekends, and public holidays, and hold valid Australian working rights.
