About the role
About Us
Radlink Communications is Australia’s leading communications technology integrator. We specialise in designing and delivering practical, secure, cost-effective connectivity solutions to meet our clients’ needs. Formed in Western Australia in 2007, and fully acquired by Epiroc in 2025, our growth and international reach have expanded demand for our connectivity expertise.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Field Operations Supervisor to lead our South Australian field operations team and help deliver high-quality communications infrastructure projects across the state.
Reporting to the Field Operations Manager – West (based in Perth, WA), you will play a key role in coordinating and supporting our field workforce to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You'll lead a diverse team of technicians, installers, riggers, electricians and trade assistants, while working closely with Project Managers and Project Supervisors to ensure projects are well resourced and run smoothly.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines time in our Adelaide office with regular visits to project sites, giving you the opportunity to stay connected with both your team and project delivery outcomes.
The successful candidate will be comfortable travelling to sites as required and working alongside Project Supervisors within a back-to-back swing roster arrangement to support operational requirements and project success.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this position, we are seeking candidates with:
Demonstrated experience leading and managing field-based operational teams.
Strong workforce planning and resource allocation experience in a project-based environment.
Proven ability to coordinate personnel across multiple concurrent projects.
Experience supervising technical, construction, communications, electrical or engineering workforces.
Sound understanding of HSEQ requirements and safe work practices.
Previous experience within communications, telecommunications, mining, infrastructure or related industries will be highly regarded
