About the Role

We are currently seeking passionate and empathetic Disability Support Workers to provide essential care and support to individuals with disabilities on a 24/7 rotating roster. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives and well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Personal Care
• Medication assist
• Meal preparation
• Community access
• Hoisting – 2 person assist
• Catheter Care
• Complex bowel care
• PEG Feeding
• Overnight support

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in Support Work preferred
• Experience in PEG Feeding and Catheter care preferred
• Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A commitment to upholding the rights and dignity of individuals with disabilities.
• A commitment to safe work practices and manual handling.
• NSW Driver License
