Administration Specialist - Agency

We're looking for an organised and proactive Administration Specialist to support our growing team. From coordinating listings and contracts to assisting with marketing campaigns and client reporting, you'll play a key role behind the scenes helping our team deliver exceptional results.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating authorities and compliance documentation
• Assisting with client reporting, presentations and meeting coordination
• Managing diaries, travel arrangements and team communications
• Maintaining CRM and SharePoint records
• Providing general administrative support across the Administration team (great exposure to all facets of property!)

About you

You'll thrive in this role if you:

• Have administration experience in a busy, fast-paced environment - ideally in Real Estate
• Have experience with contracts administration or document coordination
• Are highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Enjoy supporting others and working as part of a team
• Bring a proactive, can-do attitude and a good sense of humour
• Have experience with CRM systems and/or SharePoint (desirable)
