Personal Carers - Caloundra

We are seeking part-time and casual Personal Carers to join our Southern Cross Care family, based at our beautiful Residential Aged Care Home in Caloundra. 

Working under the direction of the Enrolled and Registered Nurses, you will be providing person-centred, high-quality care to our residents. You will demonstrate compassion, sensitivity and maturity to provide personal care to our residents, including bathing, dressing, toileting and other support services depending on the individual residents' needs.

What will you bring to the role?

• Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent)
• Medication Assist Competency (desirable)
• Understanding of Aged Care and Residents rights and responsibilities
• Dedication to caring for older people to live their best lives
• You will work well within a team environment and have a friendly approachable manner
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding communication skills
• Flexibility with your availability of days and shift times including nights
