At Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Ltd (MACS) we envision every student to be inspired and enabled to flourish and enrich the world. MACS is the largest Catholic school system in Australia. We own, govern and operate approximately 300 Catholic schools, employ over 17,000 staff and serve more than 118,000 students and their families in the Archdiocese of Melbourne.

YOUR ROLE
As a Principal, you will be inspired to lead a joy-filled community where students, staff, and families can flourish within a Catholic context. Your leadership will enable the vision of the school to be realised, creating an environment where everyone can reach their full potential. The role of the Principal is one of the most important roles across the MACS system, as their faith and educational leadership enables the vision of the school to be realised. This role will work in collaboration with MACS, staff members, local Parish Priest, and the broader School community to achieve the identified goals of the School.
ABOUT ST JOHN VIANNEY'S SCHOOL, MULGRAVE
St John Vianney’s School is a Catholic primary school serving Prep to Year 6 students in Mulgrave, Melbourne’s south-eastern suburbs. Established in 1960 as part of the Springvale North community and supported by the Oblate Fathers, the school is committed to providing a high-quality, faith-centred education where every student is encouraged to feel safe, valued and empowered to flourish.
With an enrolment of approximately 420 students, St John Vianney’s is proud of its rich cultural diversity, with more than forty nationalities represented across the school.
In recent years, the school has undergone significant redevelopment, creating contemporary, purpose-built facilities that support innovative teaching and learning.

St John Vianney’s School, Mulgrave is a welcoming, inclusive and culturally diverse community where strong partnerships between families and the school are highly valued.
