Commercial Cleaner

Rollies Speed Shop has been a trusted name in the motorcycle industry since 1979. Based in Newstead, Brisbane, we are Australia's leading supplier of aftermarket parts and accessories for Harley-Davidson® and V-Twin motorcycles.

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Commercial Cleaner to join our team full-time.

This is an important role within our business. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, presentation and day-to-day appearance of our showroom, offices, warehouses, workshop and staff facilities, helping ensure our workplace remains safe, professional and welcoming.

Working Monday to Friday, you'll primarily perform cleaning duties during business hours (6:30am start time).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning offices, meeting rooms and administration areas

• Maintaining staff lunchroom and kitchen facilities

• Cleaning bathrooms and amenities

• Cleaning and maintaining showroom areas

• Warehouse and workshop cleaning

• Industrial floor cleaning and maintenance

• Managing rubbish and recycling collection

• Cleaning workshop areas affected by grease, oil and general workshop activity

• Maintaining outdoor areas and entry points

• Monitoring and replenishing cleaning consumables

• Identifying areas requiring attention and taking initiative to address them

• Assisting with light general duties when cleaning responsibilities are complete

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous commercial cleaning experience (essential)

• Experience working in warehouse, workshop, industrial or commercial environments

• A strong work ethic and high attention to detail

• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Pride in maintaining a clean, organised and professional workplace

• Good physical fitness and the ability to be on your feet throughout the day

• The ability to safely lift and move bins, cleaning equipment and supplies

• Strong reliability and punctuality

• A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team

• Full-time stable employment
