Your Responsibilities

Meal preparation — creating fresh, nutritious meals tailored to individual needsFood handling & storage — maintaining strict safety and complianceFood ordering — managing stock levels and supplier ordersChemical management — safe use and storage of kitchen chemicalsTeam collaboration — contributing to a supportive, positive kitchen cultureCustomer service — respectful, warm interactions with residents and staffUnderstanding of Aged Care Quality StandardsAwareness of dementiainclusive meal service

Who We’re Looking For

Trade Certificate or Diploma in CookeryFood Handling CertificateIdeally 6+ months experience in aged care or health environme

Key Requirements

Valid Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening ClearanceCOVID19 vaccination (3 doses)Flu vaccination encouraged
