About the role
As a Vineyard Operator in the Langhorne Creek region, you’ll be part of our Vineyard Operations Team, performing essential vineyard activities to support seasonal demands. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work under supervision to ensure our vineyards are maintained to the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Carry out allocated vineyard operations within established guidelines.
Safely operate and maintain vineyard equipment and machinery.
Report any issues or anomalies promptly to your manager.
Maintain accurate records and assist with stocktaking.
Communicate effectively with your manager, team members, and contractors.
Uphold health, safety, quality, and environmental standards at all times.
What You Will Bring:
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Current driver’s license.
Basic literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as required.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Desirable:
Previous vineyard or agricultural experience.
Basic computer literacy.
HR license.
