About the role
OSHC Assistant Coordinator | Brisbane Northside – Zillmere
Where opportunity meets impact!
Looking for your next leadership opportunity on Brisbane’s Northside? Our Zillmere OSHC service is conveniently located near Chermside, Carseldine and Taigum, making this a great opportunity for educators and emerging leaders across Brisbane’s northern suburbs.
We are looking for an OSHC Assistant Coordinator who understands that high-quality care goes beyond supervision and programming. You will play an important role in creating a connected, inclusive community where every child feels safe, valued and supported to flourish.
If you are a natural motivator who enjoys building strong relationships, empowering others and contributing to a high-quality service, we want to hear from you!
Our service is built on the values of care, empathy and nurturing, creating an environment where every child feels respected, included and valued. Through play-based learning and meaningful engagement, we support children’s wellbeing, confidence, resilience and sense of identity.
We are committed to a child-centred approach that recognises children as our future leaders in the making. Their voices, ideas and experiences help shape our programs and the way we engage with our community every day.
And importantly, our Service Leaders are never expected to do it alone. They are supported by a brilliant and dedicated network of specialist teams, including our Quality A&R Team, Inclusion Team, Employee Relations Team and Recruitment Team. This strong support network provides guidance, expertise and practical assistance, helping our leaders feel confident, supported and empowered to deliver the best possible outcomes for children, families and their teams.
