About The Role

This role provides reception and administrative support, while helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. When our Administrator Officer is away, you will step in as needed to support the team, including assisting with roster-related tasks. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide reception support and act as first point of contactManage calls, emails, and general enquiriesSupport admissions, agreements, and resident administrationAssist with reporting, correspondence, and general admin tasksRostering experience not required but highly regardedProvide backfill support across the admin team during leave.

About You

Previous administration experience (aged care desirable)Certificate III in Business (or equivalent experience)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsA current National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)Hold valid Australian Work Rights - Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor
