What you'll be doing? -
Specialist shower rebuilds — Completing end-to-end residential shower rebuild projects from start to finish, including waterproofing, retiling, and rebuilding shelves to a high standard within a structured five-day turnaround.

Independent on-site work — Managing job sites autonomously and professionally, with the confidence to work self-directed on-site while knowing a supportive team is always available when needed.

Consistent project schedule — Working on one to two shower rebuilds per week, with jobs always commencing Monday at 7:30am and targeted for completion by Friday, giving every week a clear and predictable rhythm.

Documentation and reporting — Using cloud-based apps and smart device tools to photograph completed work, retrieve job details, and communicate updates, keeping the workflow smooth and transparent.

Representing the brand on-site — Maintaining a professional, respectful presence at residential properties and upholding the company's reputation for quality and reliability with every job completed.
Who are they looking for? -
Tiling and waterproofing licence — A minimum Certificate II in Tiling and Waterproofing (or equivalent licensing) is preferred, reflecting a solid foundational understanding of the trade and its standards.

Residential remediation experience — Demonstrated hands-on experience in residential remediation work, including end-to-end shower retiles and waterproofing for existing properties, is essential for this role. Those whose background is rooted in commercial tiling or large-scale project work may find the pace and scope of this residential contract environment a different fit.

Manual handling capability — Comfortable with manual handling of materials up to 30kg, including carrying tiles and managing waste removal at residential properties as part of the daily workflow.

Basic digital fluency — Familiarity with using a smartphone, email, and cloud-based applications to retrieve job details, capture photos, and communicate with the team is helpful for staying connected and organised.

Language proficiency — Clear English communication skills are important for this role, as regular interaction with homeowners and the internal team — including admin, scheduling, and the trades manager — is part of everyday work.
