Ready to take the next step in your culinary career? Crown Perth is seeking passionate and driven Junior Sous Chefs to support our dynamic kitchen teams across a range of award-winning venues.

Working alongside the Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences while leading, mentoring and developing a team of chefs in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

We have opportunities across multiple venues and we are searching for experience in:

• Hotels Room Service

• Buffet/Bulk Cooking

• Grill Specialists

• Piazzolos

What you'll do

• Support the day-to-day operation of a busy kitchen.

• Lead, coach and develop Chef de Parties, Commis Chefs and Apprentices.

• Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation and consistency.

• Assist with rostering, labour management and food cost control.

• Ensure food safety, HACCP and compliance standards are met.

• Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture.

What you'll bring

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a qualified Junior Sous Chef.

• Experience in a  4 or 5-star hotel, restaurant or hospitality environment.

• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

• Passion for mentoring and developing culinary talent.

• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• 24/7 availability is essential to be considered
