Restaurant Supervisor

Pearl is a beachside restaurant and kiosk on the Aldinga foreshore, serving Australian seafood, local produce and wine in a relaxed coastal setting. We’re looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team and help us continue to deliver an amazing dining experience as we head into a busy season.

As a supervisor, you’ll work closely with the owners and our front of house crew to keep service running smoothly. You’ll be a natural host, confident leading a small team on the floor, and happy to jump in wherever needed.

• Lead by example and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

• Support and motivate the FOH team during service.

• Assist with training new staff and building team culture.

• Manage reservations, floor plans and guest enquiries.

• Oversee payments, POS and end-of-day close.

• Maintain high standards of service, safety and presentation.

• Previous experience in a supervisor or senior waitstaff role.

• Strong people skills and a hands-on leadership style.

• Organised, reliable and calm under pressure.

• Passion for great food, wine and hospitality.
