Truss Assembler, Full-Time | On-Site | Immediate Start

About the Role

As a Truss Assembler, you will work as part of our production team to build prefabricated timber roof trusses, posi-strut and wall frames. This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys physical work, working in a team environment, and taking pride in producing high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble timber roof trusses, posi-strut and wall frames

• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Measure, cut, and prepare materials with accuracy

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment

• Follow all OH&S procedures and company guidelines

• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets

About You

• Experience in frame and truss assembly preferred but not essential

• Ability to read and interpret basic measurements

• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Forklift licence or carpentry experience is an advantage (but not required)
