Bendigo Mitsubishi, MG, Hyundai & Renault is looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Courtesy Bus Driver to join our Service team.

Our Courtesy Bus Driver is often one of the first and last people our service customers interact with, so we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people, likes helping others and takes pride in providing good old-fashioned customer service.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position, with our courtesy bus operating approximately 7.45am to 4.30pm – offering regular weekday hours and no weekend work.

About the role

Your primary responsibility will be safely transporting our Service customers to and from the dealership while making their journey friendly, comfortable and enjoyable.

You'll also help coordinate customer pick-ups and drop-offs and, during quieter periods, lend a hand with other duties around the dealership.

Your day may include:

• Safely transporting customers throughout Bendigo and surrounding areas

• Providing friendly and helpful service to every passenger

• Coordinating customer pick-ups and drop-offs with our Service team

• Communicating with customers by phone

• Keeping the courtesy bus clean and well presented

• Assisting with parts deliveries and general store duties when required

• Helping with vehicle washing and other dealership duties during quieter periods

Every day is a little different, and you'll be an important part of keeping our customers and Service Department moving.

Who we're looking for

You don't necessarily need previous dealership experience.

We're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, strong people skills and a genuine willingness to help.

You'll ideally have:

• A friendly, positive and approachable personality

• A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service

• A safe driving history and full Victorian driver's licence

• Confidence driving both automatic and manual vehicles

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage your time

• Basic computer and phone skills

• A reliable, punctual and can-do attitude

• The ability to work well as part of a busy team

• Attention to detail and a willingness to follow processes

• Flexibility to help with other duties when the courtesy bus is quiet

• Willingness to do overtime, if required

Experience in retail, hospitality, community transport, customer service, delivery driving or a similar people-focused role would be highly regarded.

Basic automotive or mechanical knowledge would be helpful, but isn't essential.
