Labourer

About the Role
This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced labourers to join a busy concrete pipe manufacturing facility in Yatala.

You’ll be working as a Production Labourer in a concrete pipe manufacturing facility, carrying out hands-on finishing and production duties.

The role includes checking finished pipes, sanding and grinding concrete, removing excess material, cleaning moulds and assisting with general production tasks. You’ll also use forklifts to safely move pipes around the site.
This role suits someone physically fit, safety-focused and comfortable using hand and power tools in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Details

• Pay: $38.63 p/h with overtime available 
• Shifts: Day shifts starting at 4am OR 6am (10+ hours) 
• Shifts: Arvo shifts (10+ hours) 
• Location: Yatala, QLD
• Casual trial will last for 4-8 weeks, a medical undertaken and full-time commencement if suitable

What We’re Looking For

• Previous labouring experience 
• The ability to do manual, physical and repetitive tasks 
• Physically fit with the ability to work 10 hour shifts
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Reliable, practical, and able to work under pressure
• Happy to do labouring work as well
