Roper Gulf Regional Council is currently seeking two dynamic Case Workers (1 male & 1 female) to support the delivery of the Indigenous Youth Reconnect Program across multiple communities.

As a Case Worker, you will play a key role in empowering Indigenous youth aged up to 24 by helping them reconnect with education, training, employment, and community life. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual case management and counselling
• Facilitating group activities that address challenges such as social disconnection, substance misuse, family issues, and the impacts of youth detention

This is a full-time, fixed-term position based in Katherine, NT, with monthly travel to remote communities, including overnight stays.

Salary & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $89,905.15 to $111,692.94 per annum (depending on experience)
