We are seeking a talented, early career, individual to join our rapidly growing business, and dynamic Quality team as a Process Control Officer. This role will challenge you to work in a fast paced and high energy environment. No prior Quality control experience required!

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Monitor and control manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality standards

• Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment, instrumentation, and process parameters to identify deviations and opportunities for improvement

• Analyse process data and trends to identify root causes of issues and implement corrective and preventive actions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements 

• Provide training and support to manufacturing personnel on process control procedures and best practices

• Participate in the commissioning and validation of new equipment and processes

• Maintain accurate documentation and records of process control activities

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field

• Strong technical skills and knowledge of process instrumentation and control systems

• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse complex data and troubleshoot technical issues

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
