We are seeking a talented, early career, individual to join our rapidly growing business, and dynamic Quality team as a Process Control Officer. This role will challenge you to work in a fast paced and high energy environment. No prior Quality control experience required!
Your Responsibilities will include:
Monitor and control manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality standards
Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment, instrumentation, and process parameters to identify deviations and opportunities for improvement
Analyse process data and trends to identify root causes of issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements
Provide training and support to manufacturing personnel on process control procedures and best practices
Participate in the commissioning and validation of new equipment and processes
Maintain accurate documentation and records of process control activities
Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
Strong technical skills and knowledge of process instrumentation and control systems
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse complex data and troubleshoot technical issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
