About the role
Start Date: 5 October 2026
We are seeking an organised, reliable and proactive Administration Assistant & Scheduler to join our team.
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys keeping things organised, communicating with customers and suppliers, and coordinating the daily schedules of our technicians.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs our Administration Assistant & Scheduler, you will be responsible for:
Liaising with customers and suppliers by phone and email
Coordinating and organising technicians’ daily job schedules
Planning the collection and delivery of parts and materials required for scheduled jobs
Ensuring technicians have the correct information, parts and materials required for their daily workload
Monitoring technician licences, tickets and other required documentation to ensure they remain current
Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer enquiries
Preparing, sending and responding to emails
Assisting with general customer service and administration
Completing data entry and maintaining accurate company records
Assisting the Director with day-to-day administrative tasks
Completing ad hoc administration duties as required
Working closely with the wider team to help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business
We are looking for someone who is:
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident managing multiple priorities and changing schedules
Friendly and professional when dealing with customers and suppliers
A clear and confident communicator
Comfortable using computers, email and business software
Able to work independently and use initiative
Reliable, punctual and willing to be part of a small, busy team
Experienced in administration, scheduling or a similar role
Experience within the trades, construction, service or maintenance industry would be highly regarded, but is not essential.
About the RoleThis is a full-time, office-based position working as part of a small team.
You will play an important role in coordinating our technicians and supporting the Director to ensure our customers receive an efficient and professional service.
The successful applicant will commence on 5 October 2026.
