The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Services Coordinator to lead Corporate Services across our Perth and Singapore offices, driving operational efficiency, standardisation, and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Chief Sustainability Officer, this hands-on role focuses on streamlining processes, increasing employee self-service, and leveraging technology to reduce administrative burden and deliver sustainable business efficiencies.

This is a full-time permanent position based in our Perth CBD office, Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Services Leadership & Continuous Improvement

• Coordinate Corporate Services delivery across Perth and Singapore, ensuring clear accountability, service standards, cross-training, and consistent processes.

• Review administrative activities to identify opportunities to simplify, automate, eliminate, decentralise, and increase employee self-service through technology.

• Standardise procedures across locations and drive continuous improvement initiatives that deliver measurable time, cost, and service benefits.

• Establish and monitor service standards, KPIs, costs, workload and improvement outcomes,

Corporate Services Operations

• Coordinate day-to-day workplace operations across Perth and Singapore, including office services, facilities, security and access, supplies, mail, couriers, catering, events, and vendor management.

• Oversee corporate travel governance, approvals, travel administration, and external travel providers.

• Coordinate corporate administration, purchase orders, supplier invoices, corporate cards, travel administration, and related processes with Finance.

• Lead Corporate Services requirements for workplace projects and business initiatives.

About You

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Corporate Services, Facilities Management, or a related discipline; or

• Equivalent practical experience in a similar role.
