Mitchell Services (MSV) is expanding operations and we’re seeking experienced Underground Diamond Drillers to join our crews. You’ll work with a modern fleet, supportive leadership, and Tier 1 clients — all while enjoying an even-time roster that supports real work–life balance.

• Flexible Roster either 2/2 or 2/1 – FIFO from agreed point of hire or DIDO locally

• Competitive salary + meter bonus from 0 m

• Full-time employment with long-term project security. Initially offered as a maximum term contract, with the potential for extension subject to business needs.

• Modern underground drill rigs & strong maintenance support

• Deliver underground diamond drilling programs safely and efficiently

• Execute hole plans with accuracy and consistency

• Maximise productivity while protecting equipment and tooling

• Carry out basic preventative maintenance on rigs and down-hole gear

• Work closely with supervisors to meet production and safety targets

• Certificate III in Drilling Operations (Desirable). If you do not have your Cert III, but you are an experienced driller - We will put you through your Cert III as part of your initial employment. 

• Proven underground diamond drilling experience

• Experience on LM90, LM110, MDR700 or similar rigs

• Current Australian Open Car Licence

• Ability to obtain First Aid/CPR & National Police Check
