Restaurant Manager

Julietta is an intimate Italian restaurant and bar that opened in May and is already one of Melbourne's most popular dining spots. We're known for handmade pasta, an outstanding cocktail and wine list, warm, personal service, and a vibe that transports you to an Italian side street.

We're now looking to bring a high-energy, experienced Restaurant Manager onto the team to lead venue operations alongside the Venue Manager and cover their days off.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives on the floor, leads by example, and has a genuine passion for looking after our team and guests.

What you'll bring to the table:

• At least 1 year of restaurant or assistant venue manager experience in a busy, professional venue

• Confidently lead and support our FOH team to deliver truly outstanding guest experiences to everyone who comes through our doors

• A stickler for detail and rules - we have one way we run things at Julietta, and you're responsible for leading and maintaining these standards

• An energetic, upbeat personality where the glass is always half full

What you'll be doing:

• Lead venue operations alongside the Venue Manager and run services as Host in their absence

• Be a key part of the venue management team, contributing to the ongoing evolution and improvement of all aspects of Julietta

• Assist with the training and development of our FOH team - by hosting team training sessions and working 1:1 with team members

• Help shape and contribute to a positive, collaborative, and tight team culture
