ABOUT THE ROLES:

Two roles available!!!

Role 1- part-time in the CBD
* Part-time role- Mon-Fri 10am-4pm

* Monday to Friday10am-4pm

* Part Time

* Valid Security Licence

* Valid WWCC

* Valid First Aid & CPR

* Good customer service skills

Role 2- full-time Reliever across three sites
* Bundoora, cbd and Brunswick

* Full Time

* Ability to work 24/7

* RMIT CBD, Bundoora & Brunswick

* Previous experience at an educational institution preferred

* Control Room experience and endorsement preferred

* Valid WWCC (or ability to obtain)

Wilson Security is expanding in Victoria, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the Whole of Victoria. This growth has created new roles within our VIC team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.

These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers. They offer training across multiple locations and a variety of positions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Excellent customer service skills
* General security duties- patrols, external and internal locks ups and MORE!
* Be a lateral thinker in solving issues that may arise
* Have an understanding of emergency and alarm response protocols including fire systems
* Protect and maintain security & integrity of building and infrastructure
* Submit electronic or paper incident and hazard reports
* Be well presented and well-spoken
* Have good IT skills

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

* Current Victorian Security Licence and First Aid Certificate
* Flexibility to work 24/7 rotating rosters
* Experience in a healthcare environment (highly desirable)
* Good level of physical fitness
* Ability to work in high-pressure environments
* Good conflict resolution skills
* Well-presented and spoken
* Great communication skills
* Full working rights
